1. Verification of KYC: Make sure your Know Your Customer (KYC) verification is complete. This step is crucial for confirming your identity and facilitating a secure withdrawal process.

2. Geographical Restrictions: Withdrawals are restricted for accounts belonging to players residing in the states of Assam, Telangana, Andhra Pradesh, Sikkim, Nagaland, Meghalaya, Arunachal Pradesh, and Tamil Nadu. If you are located in any of these regions, you will be unable to proceed with a withdrawal.

3. Provision of Identification: Withdrawals can only be processed upon submission of valid identification. This requirement helps ensure the security and legitimacy of transactions.

4. Mandatory PAN Submission: In addition to valid identification, providing your Permanent Account Number (PAN) is mandatory for placing a withdrawal request. Compliance with these conditions is essential for a successful withdrawal of funds. Please ensure all these criteria are met to avoid any delays or rejections in processing your withdrawal.

5. Withdrawal Limits and Fees: Players can make up to 3 free withdrawals per day, with amounts ranging from Rs. 100 to Rs. 10,000. IRepair CardJoy Game strives to process withdrawals within 24 hours, but please note that banks may require an additional 48 hours for fund transfer. Delays may occur due to verification processes, national and bank holidays, or service disruptions.

6. Payment Reversal Rights:IRepair CardJoy Game reserves the right to reverse the withdrawal amount to the original payment method used for depositing cash.

7. Account Review: In instances of policy violation, the withdrawal amount will be credited back to the user’s IRepair CardJoy Game account instead of being transferred to the bank account. Repeat offenders will face account suspension and seizure of funds.
